CUSTOMER HELP SERVICE

The assistance our clients receive does not end after the initial start-up course provided by our technicians. We have a help service available to our clients which covers several points:

- Equipment advice that is most adapted to his/her needs.
- Training from our technicians.
- We easily deal with new cars’ index cards in as short a time as possible.
- We add any available extra information on to technical specifications to facilitate repair.
- Constant improvement of index cards to make them quicker and more precise.
- We add to specific documentation at the client’s request, making additional dimension drawings easier.
- We collaborate with research and training centres (such as Cesvimap and Centro Zaragoza) to successfully manufacture the fastest and most practical tools.
- The equipment is all manufactured in Spain and therefore the client can directly consult our own manufacturing technicians, avoiding the intervention of low-qualified middlemen.
- The index cards are added to for two years without any additional cost. After this period the client may wish to subscribe to our additional services whereby he/she is only charged for shipments, or he/she can merely request the index cards that he/she needs without any extra cost.
- As a rule, our technicians start up the equipment and give the mini-courses when the bedplate is installed for the first time, but we are always in contact with our clients to train the new mechanics who work with the equipment or who want to improve their training.
