CHARACTERISTICS: The most up-to-date multi-purpose tool in which the benefits of the mooring tools and the multi-purpose measuring system are united in one single system. Only system on the market with independent length movement along the Y-axis.
With this system several different points can be positioned on the same beam, up to six supports, which clears the bedplate of all beams and facilitates access to the bodywork. At the same time it also facilitates its assembly on asymmetrical points. Regarding
the front and rear shock absorbers, we control shock absorbers and mechanical
points on the same beam without having to use different supports. We have attached example index cards:
The beams are set up on lower and lateral wheel sets in order to correctly facilitate its movement. All of the steel manufactured parts can perfectly withstand the strain of the repair work. By securing the beams with a through-bolt, complete sturdiness is guaranteed at all times. In turn in the case of a sharp knock to the stretched out bodywork (if a gripper or a chain becomes loose) no movement will occur.
The tiller of the bar carrier has wing nuts for provisionally securing the bar and double jackscrew, in turn each support has its own graduated scale for points with angles. All of the supports and beams set up little rulers on both sides in order to see more clearly. The fore-mentioned part-carrier is revolving in order to gain access to the front of the assembled tools and the parts are attached with only two screws. Vulvo has more than forty years of experience in manufacturing tools, which it has integrated in its universal S-2 tool. This evolution has successfully produced an exclusive fixing and moorage system for bodywork shock-absorber towers. This method of assembly, indicated in every index card, eliminates the use of aluminium systems which only measure the bodywork and don’t secure it. We recommend the Mc Pherson control systems but they are not compulsory. The

These versions have four more points than all of the traditional mooring systems. When the four essential clamps are set up there are only six control points left for the whole repair work, through which a lot of time is lost in having to change the points from one place to another. Clamp system with four tie-down points and a very rigid steel spindle. We equip the original tool with a vehicle mooring system without a Mercedes-like flange, and we also do the same for off-the-road vehicles. Optional for BMW, Honda y Rover models. All of the tool parts are clearly indicated and the whole assembly is provided with a cabinet on wheels for their ideal positioning. Extensions are originally provided together with the bedplate for vehicles that exceed the workbench’s length. We know that the assembling cards are a very important part of the bedplate. They are made with the most up-to-date computer programs and are designed with maximum simplicity. They are easily understandable even for those with hardly any experience in assembling machines. We have made-to-measure instructions for more than a thousand present vehicles, including off-the-road vehicles and vans. A cabinet with all the index cards and a CD-Rom with a computer program that allows you to print them or add to them, etc. is supplied with the bedplate. The bedplate on wheels with a sturdy 200x200 mm under-frame, when rectified, offers great precision and in turn can be equipped with classical straighteners (EM-20) or with towers (LT-20).
