SPEED-SYSTEM is designed for measuring, diagnostic and dimensional purposes in vehicle repair work, for which it guarantees total accuracy, efficiency and versatility.

Combined with any of our "COMPACT" bedplate models, it offers maximum versatility of its uses. It is complemented by four multi-purpose mooring points for use with the COMPACT-10/30 models, included in the equipment.

Documentation and certification of the state of the vehicle.
Once the vehicle is taken in to be repaired the mechanic can connect the computer to the Internet and send the result to the insurance company to inform them of the extent of the damage.

SPEED-SYSTEM uses digital technology to provide three-dimensional data of any point of a vehicle in real time. This new system was designed for measuring, diagnostic and vehicle repair purposes.

It can be assembled on any bedplate model, including quick bedplates or mini-bedplates which our technical department will always advise you on.

How it works:

Three-dimensional testing spike arm system. On each articulation there is a digital sensor which sends information by radio waves (no cables).
The measurments are sent to the computer which compares them to the vehicle manufacturer’s original measurments, obtaining the results on the screen or printed out. 0.1m/m accuracy. Once centred the arm automatically shows us the control points.

-Used car traders: to diagnose the state of the cars and their possible damage.

The Speed System equipment can be set up on any of the Vulvo bedplate models or ones of other brands. When equipping the measuring gauge with a full bedplate, we recommend combining it with the Compact-10/30 model due to its versatility. These models are complemented by four mooring points independent from the four securing clamps in order to be able to combine tie-down and simultaneous measuring of the points.
